No Refund or Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Promise2Live. Your contributions directly support our mission to raise suicide awareness and mental health. Good Deed Revolution is a 501 c3 nonprofit. Promise2Live is their initiative.

Donations:
All donations made to P2L are final and non-refundable. Because your gift is immediately put to work to support our programs and services, we are unable to provide refunds or credits for any contributions. This Policy is intended to ensure transparency and clarity for donors, supporters, and purchasers. 

 All Donations Are Final
All contributions, whether monetary or in-kind, made to Promise2Live and GoodDeed Revolution are considered final and non-refundable. Donations are immediately allocated to our programs, initiatives, and operations, furthering our charitable mission. 

Branded Merchandise:
All merchandise sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any branded items purchased through our store. Each purchase helps fund our nonprofit efforts, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Charitable Contribution Acknowledgment
Donors may receive an acknowledgment letter or receipt for tax purposes. However, the Organization does not guarantee that contributions will be tax-deductible in every instance. Donors should consult with their own tax advisors regarding deductibility. 

Restricted Gifts
If a donor specifies a restriction for the use of a donation, the Organization will make reasonable efforts to honor that request. However, in accordance with IRS regulations and nonprofit best practices, the Organization reserves the right to redirect restricted donations to its general fund if the designated purpose is no longer feasible or consistent with the Organization’s mission. 

 Sales Are Final
All merchandise purchases are final. Due to the nature of our fundraising efforts and nonprofit operations, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges for any branded items purchased through our online store, in-person events, or partner platforms. 

 Defective or Damaged Items
If merchandise arrives defective or damaged in transit, the purchaser must notify the P2L organization in writing at info@promise2live.org within seven (7) business days of receipt. Upon verification, the Organization may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement item or a store credit. Cash refunds will not be issued. Please send us an email about receiving your order so we can review the situation and provide a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information
The Organization is not responsible for merchandise lost or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the purchaser. 

Events and Registrations
Event tickets, registrations, or fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the Organization, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide alternative participation options. 

Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to This Policy

The Organization reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our official website, and continued donations or purchases after such posting shall constitute acceptance of the updated Policy.

By making a donation or purchasing merchandise, you acknowledge and agree to this.
